ookbet Terms & Conditions

1.1  These Terms govern your access to and use of the ookbet website, mobile platform, games, payment services, promotional offers, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By completing the ookbet registration process, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms.

1.2  ookbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

1.3  These Terms should be read in conjunction with the ookbet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and ookbet.

2.1  To register and use the ookbet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, consistent with the minimum age requirement for online gambling under the PAGCOR regulatory framework in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ookbet or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the ookbet Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.

2.2  ookbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

2.3  By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section.

3.1  One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) ookbet account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. ookbet employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ookbet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held therein.

3.2  Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ookbet login credentials, including your email address and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — is deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified ookbet of unauthorized access in writing without undue delay.

3.3  Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.4  Account Security. You must notify ookbet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, a security breach, or any other compromise of your credentials. ookbet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or have delayed reporting a suspected breach.

4.1  Accepted Payment Methods. ookbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

4.2  Currency. All transactions on the ookbet Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the player.

4.3  Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your ookbet account in real time. ookbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages beyond our reasonable control.

4.4  Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed promptly by ookbet. GCash withdrawals typically arrive within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. ookbet reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.5  Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. ookbet reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your account. Use of the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

4.6  Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. ookbet may require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, as part of our anti-money laundering compliance procedures.

5.1  ookbet offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.

5.2  Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the applicable promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

5.3  Bonus Abuse. ookbet strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to exploit bonus offers, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. ookbet reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to terminate accounts, where bonus abuse is detected.

5.4  ookbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to players who have validly claimed a promotion prior to any such modification.

6.1  Each game available on the ookbet Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account management, payments, and conduct.

6.2  All ookbet games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are streamed from regulated live dealer studios. Game outcomes are determined independently of ookbet's operational systems and cannot be manipulated by ookbet or by players.

6.3  In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ookbet reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. ookbet's decision in such matters is final.

6.4  The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in any ookbet game is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

7.1  In addition to the specific prohibitions set out elsewhere in these Terms, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ookbet Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the ookbet Platform or its underlying software.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ookbet staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your ookbet account without prior written authorization from ookbet.

7.2  ookbet reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8.1  All content on the ookbet Platform — including but not limited to the ookbet name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ookbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

8.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ookbet.

9.1  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ookbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

9.2  ookbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ookbet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3  ookbet does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.

10.1  ookbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ookbet reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

10.2  You may close your ookbet account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

10.3  Where an account is terminated by ookbet for breach of these Terms, ookbet reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct is established, ookbet may forfeit the balance and report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities.

11.1  ookbet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2  ookbet implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and ookbet cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

12.1  ookbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through your account settings.

12.3  ookbet strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We do not knowingly permit minors to register or use the Platform. If you are aware of a minor accessing the Platform, please contact our support team immediately.

13.1  ookbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ookbet will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.2  If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.2 above.

14.1  These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2  In the event of a dispute between you and ookbet, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. ookbet will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

14.3  If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
